Every sponsor and camper must have a completed registration form upon arriving at camp.

Churches, please print one of each form below and fill out for all boys and all girls attending (adults and youth). If you are bringing a larger group you can print multiple copies.

Print these two on each side of one sheet and fold in half for handy sponsor brochure.

CAMP FEES - Per Person
 

Registration Fee (Due May 18th) - $5.00

Camp Fee (Due Upon Arrival) - $70.00

Total Fee (Without Opt. T-Shirt) - $75.00

Optional T-Shirt (Due Upon Arrival) - $9.00

Total Fees (With Opt. T-Shirt) - $84.00

** Note: Camp fees cover all meals except for lunch on Monday. For groups arriving by lunchtime on Monday, a meal will be provided for $2.00 per camper.
